Step one · the people you pick
One link. They listen lossless, in the browser, without an account, and leave a note pinned to the exact second. You answer in the thread and resolve it when it is done. Put a password on the link if you want, and downloads happen only when you allow them.
Step two · an experienced engineer
Tick one box while you upload and a SoundAssist engineer listens to your version and tells you what he hears, on a reference system, in our own room. Notes you can actually do something with, and the call stays yours. This costs nothing.
Step three · we finish it
He already knows where it came from, because he heard the versions before this one. One number for a master, whatever the track turns out to need. You approve it before it is final. You only pay when you love the master.
Step four · we go in deeper
Stem mastering when stereo is not enough control. A full mix from your stems. Or we sit down with your track one on one and work on it together; you send the stems, we work on the real thing, not on a screen share. What these cost depends on the track, so we settle it in the conversation before anything starts.
A plan buys room. It never buys a feature.
Your music
The original stays bit-perfect. Every version files itself next to the last one, with the project folder your DAW wrote and the stems on the same shelf. Folders, and a trash you can restore from.
The link you send
Lossless playback, a waveform, notes on the exact second, and four doors: feedback, versions, project files, stems. A password if you want one, downloads only with your yes, and an embed for your own site.
Comparing
Gapless A/B between two versions, and one tick called Same loudness that takes the level difference away. Key, Camelot and BPM are read from the audio itself.
Sending files
A whole folder behind one link, transfers up to 2 GB, and the person receiving it can play it before downloading the original. Upload links let your client drop files with you without an account.
Your people
A private space where the people you choose hear it before anyone else, threads you can resolve, and an inbox to talk it through.
Your profile
Lossless streaming, playlists with their own private link, and plays analytics: per day, country, source and top listeners.

Create free accountYou only pay when you love the master. You talk to your engineer before any money moves. Everything you hear here is lossless; the files are kept and streamed as FLAC at the bit depth and sample rate you uploaded. Prices include VAT; the amount a VAT-registered business deducts is the "excl. VAT" figure beside each price, and once payments open the exact rate for your country is calculated at checkout. The Record Store is built but its register has not opened yet: you can put a price on your own work today, nothing can be bought until payments open, and the maker keeps 100% of that price.
